Ho Chi Minh City, November 7, 2025 — At the successful “2025 Vietnam Steel Industry Conference” held at Tan Son Nhat Pavillon Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Yonyou Vietnam, as a key partner and featured speaker, delivered a keynote presentation titled “Unlocking AI Potential to Optimize Scrap Steel Supply Chains,” drawing significant attention from steel producers, traders, and supply chain stakeholders.

来自越南钢铁行业的270多位代表齐聚一堂，围绕“越南钢铁行业——迈向可持续发展”这一主题，探讨可持续发展、市场趋势、绿色转型和供应链优化等议题。此次会议旨在促进合作与增长，助力越南钢铁行业在全球竞争中蓬勃发展，并帮助越南钢铁行业在全球竞争格局中构建可持续发展的新模式。

Over 270 representatives from Vietnam’s steel industry gathered to discuss sustainable development, market trends, green transformation, and supply chain optimization.  under the theme “Vietnam Steel Industry – Towards Sustainable Development”.  The conference aimed to drive collaboration and growth, helping Vietnam’s steel sector thrive globally. help the Vietnamese steel industry build a new paradigm for sustainable development in the global competitive landscape. 

面对全球绿色转型压力、欧盟碳边境调节机制（CBAM）实施在即，以及越南国内建筑、造船、机械制造等行业对钢材需求持续增长的背景，钢铁行业亟需通过数字化手段提升效率、降低成本并实现可持续发展。在此背景下，用友越南提出：人工智能（AI）不仅是技术工具，更是重构废钢回收、分拣、交易与物流全链路的核心引擎。

Amid mounting global pressure for green transition, the imminent implementation of the EU’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), and rising domestic demand for steel from construction, shipbuilding, and machinery sectors, the Vietnamese steel industry urgently needs digital solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve sustainability. Against this backdrop, Yonyou Vietnam asserted that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is not merely a technological tool—but the core engine for reimagining the entire scrap steel value chain, from collection and sorting to trading and logistics.

在下午的专题环节中，用友代表讲师苏丽女士深入剖析了当前越南废钢供应链面临的三大痛点：信息不对称导致价格波动剧烈、库存周转效率低下、质量标准难以统一。

During the afternoon session, Yonyou representatives identified three critical pain points in Vietnam’s current scrap steel supply chain:

· Severe price volatility due to information asymmetry

· Low inventory turnover efficiency

· Inconsistent quality standards

To address these challenges, Yonyou unveiled its AI-powered Smart Supply Chain Collaboration Platform, built on cloud-native architecture and large-model capabilities, enabling:
