- 岗位职责Responsibilities:
- 企业数字化项目实施交付
* 负责越南本地及跨国企业的数字化项目交付，包括需求调研、蓝图设计、系统搭建、测试、上线与验收;
Lead ERP/digital transformation project delivery including requirement analysis, blueprint design, system configuration, testing, go-live, and acceptance;
* 根据越南当地法规（税务、发票、VAT、VAS 等）以及行业实践制定合理实施方案;
Provide localized solutions based on Vietnam regulations (tax, e-invoice, VAT, VAS) and industry best practices;
* 控制项目范围、质量、成本和进度，提升项目成功率和客户满意度。
Manage scope, quality, cost, and timeline to ensure successful delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- 售前方案支持（可兼顾方案顾问角色）
* 配合销售参与客户拜访、需求访谈、方案规划和产品演示;
Support sales team with customer presentations, POC, solution design, and demos;
* 输出越南本地化行业方案（制造、贸易、房地产、零售等）;
Deliver localized solutions for manufacturing, trading, real estate, retail and more;
* 能与客户 CXO/CIO 进行方案沟通与价值阐述
Communicate solution value to CXO/CIO level stakeholders.
- 本地化产品经理职能（Local Product Manager)
* 收集越南法规、税务、电子发票等政策变化并形成需求文档;
Collect Vietnam regulatory requirements (tax, e-invoice, VAS) and convert into product specifications;
* 与中国研发团队协同推动越南本地化产品设计与交付;
Collaborate with China R&D teams to deliver localized features;
* 负责本地化功能测试、版本验收与上线支持。
Conduct product testing, version acceptance, and rollout support.
- 项目管理与团队协作
* 维护客户关系，协调销售、研发、技术、合作伙伴等资源;
Maintain strong customer relationships and manage cross-functional collaboration;
* 输出项目文档、案例分享和实施方法论沉淀;
Deliver project documentation, case studies, and methodology assets;
* 管理项目风险并推动问题闭环解决。
Identify and manage project risks and drive issue resolution.
- 培训与知识传递
* 对越南本地顾问和合作伙伴（如 FPT、CMC 等）进行项目方法论与产品培训；
Provide methodology and product training for Vietnam consultants and partners;
* 推动交付经验复用，提高整体实施能力。
Drive knowledge transfer and internal best-practice sharing.
- 要求 Requirements:
- 教育背景 Education:
本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息系统、财会、管理等专业优先.
Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Accounting or related fields.
- 工作经验 Experience
* 8年以上 ERP / 数字化实施经验（ERP、MES、WMS、Finance、HR 等）；
8+ years of experience in ERP/digital transformation implementation;
* 熟悉越南企业业务流程及本地法规（VAS、VAT、电子发票、税务平台 CQT 等）；
Strong understanding of Vietnam business practices and local compliance (VAS, VAT, e-invoice, CQT platform);
* 有 SAP、Oracle、Microsoft Dynamics、Sage、Odoo、Bravo等相关经验者优先；
Experience with SAP/Oracle/Dynamics/Sage/Odoo/Bravo preferred;
* 具备跨国企业（中资/日资/欧美/韩资）项目经验者优先。
Experience working with multinational companies is a strong plus.
- 技术能力 Technical Skills
* 熟悉 SQL Server / Oracle 基本操作与维护；
Hands-on experience with SQL Server or Oracle;
* 能阅读接口文档，有 API、WebService、EAI 集成经验者优先；
API/WebService/EAI integration experience is preferred;
* 了解云平台（AWS/Azure/GCP/FPT Cloud）者加分。
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP/FPT Cloud) is a plus.
- 管理与沟通能力 Management & Soft Skills
* 具备出色的项目管理能力，可独立负责中大型项目；
Strong project management skills for medium to large projects;
* 优秀的沟通、协调、问题解决能力；
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities;
* 有跨文化沟通经验（与国外总部的远程协作）者优先；
Cross-culture collaboration experience preferred;
* 有团队管理经验者优先。

- 岗位职责Responsibilities:
- 负责越南本地中大型企业客户的数字化解决方案销售，涉及 ERP、HR、财务数字化、供应链、协同办公以及房地产项目管理等产品线。
Drive digital solution sales for local medium and large enterprises in Vietnam, covering ERP, HR, Finance Digitalization, Supply Chain, Collaboration, and Real Estate Project Management.
- 根据越南公司的年度计划，制定销售策略并执行销售流程，包括商机开发、方案准备、投标、商务谈判和合同签署，确保实现销售目标。
Develop sales strategies and execute the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, proposal preparation, bidding, negotiation, and contract closing.
- 深度经营本地重点客户（越南大型集团、外资制造企业、中资在越公司等），识别数字化需求，推动长期合作和客户成功。
Manage and grow key accounts, including large Vietnamese enterprises, foreign manufacturers, and Chinese companies operating in Vietnam, identifying digital transformation needs and enabling long-term cooperation.

- 要求 Requirements:
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上企业级软件或 IT 解决方案销售经验， 熟悉 ERP、SaaS、财务或供应链等产品者优先。
Bachelor’s degree or above with 5+ years of enterprise software or IT solution sales experience; experience in ERP, SaaS, Finance, or Supply Chain is preferred.
- 有主流 IT 企业或咨询公司背景者优先（如 SAP、Oracle、Microsoft、Accenture、Deloitte、PwC 等）。
Experience in major IT vendors or consulting firms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- 目标导向、执行力强，能在快节奏、国际化环境下工作并承担压力。
Strong target-orientation and execution capability, able to perform in a fast-paced, international working environment.
- 具备优秀的沟通能力、客户谈判能力，以及跨文化协作能力；了解越南本地商业文化。
Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills; familiarity with Vietnamese business culture.
- 善于管理复杂项目，能协调内外部团队推动项目成功落地。
Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate internal and external teams for successful delivery.
